- login to root and add your user to /etc/sudoers
youruser   ALL=/usr/bin/gnokii,/usr/bin/xgnokii

And then run from this user
$ sudo gnokii

or without sudo
(for example)
with root privileges
- create group (or use existing different group) nokia:
# groupadd nokia
- add user to this group (perry):
# gpasswd -a perry nokia
- change permission to gnokii binary
# chgrp nokia /usr/bin/gnokii
# chmod 4750 /usr/bin/gnokii

next step from user privileges
(logout and login user perry or use in terminal from this user privileges: newgrp nokia)
and just run gnokii as usual.</description>
